Description

After passing through Ribeyret, the route continues from pass to pass (Col des Alongs, l'Aire du Col, Col de l'Archimbaou) at the gateway to the Drôme and in the heart of the Provençal Baronnies. Here, the arid lands—ideal for growing aromatic herbs—are adorned in turn with the colors of broom, thyme, lavender, and rosemary.
Ride on into Rosans, a medieval village fortified by several gates. The ochre-colored facades, the sun-kissed hues of the canal tiles, the striking Square Tower, Lesdiguières Castle, and the temple with its sundial all invite you to explore further!
