7. Step 7 : Orpierre - Trescléoux

This gentle hike, filled with the scents of Provence, starts in the village of Orpierre and leads to the village of Trescléoux and its treasures (fountains, wash houses, and more). Along the way, the trail winds around the impressive cliffs of Orpierre right from the start—one of France’s premier rock-climbing sites. The route then follows a ridge overlooking the Pays du Buëch and concludes by circling the Montagne de Garde, which towers over the entire valley.
