Description
- Starting from Serres, the route heads north on the D 27 to Sigottier, a small village nestled at the foot of the great limestone cliffs. Cross the Grand Buëch and continue to Aspremont.
- Take the D 49, cross the Petit Buëch, and head to Chabestan. From there, a pleasant little loop leads to two isolated hamlets in the Veynois region: Oze and Le Saix. Head south to Savournon via the D 48. This village, located in the Val de Channe at the foot of the Château de l’Aigle rock (1,015 m), is home to the ruins of a keep.
- Continue along the D 21, then skirt around the Germanette recreation center, a 15-hectare site featuring play areas and swimming spots.
- Return to Serres, the starting point of this beautiful loop, in the heart of the Baronnies Provençales Regional Nature Park.

PassLa Croix pass
The La Croix pass is the only direct road link between Savournon and La Bâtie-Montsaléon. At an elevation of 838 meters, it offers views of the Dévoluy massif, Montagne d'Aujour, and Montagne de Saint-Genis. At the summit, visitors can see a small statue of the Virgin Mary.
